Yoga for Every Body

Yoga for all levels offers guided movement, gentle stretching, and mindful breathing that support flexibility, balance, and relaxation - helping participants improve mobility, reduce stress, and feel more confident in their bodies at every stage of life.

Ready to Build Strength

Looking to improve muscle tone, strength, and endurance? These classes are designed to challenge you at your level.

– RetroStrong (strength training for seniors)
– MuscleFIT (higher-intensity strength training)

Brain Train Academy

Brain Train Academy offers guided cognitive exercises and social activities that support memory, concentration, and mental clarity — helping participants stay mentally strong, socially connected, and confident in everyday life.

Workout Express

A flexible, self-directed option where members can come in during the designated class block and complete a 20-minute full-body workout with minimal guidance..

CHAIRFIT

ChairFit is a free, fun, and easy-to-follow fitness class created especially for the senior community. This entry-level class uses a chair for support while guiding participants through gentle movements that help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and circulation. No prior fitness experience is needed, and every exercise can be modified to match your comfort level. ChairFit is a great way to stay active, feel confident, and enjoy moving in a welcoming, supportive environment.

RETROFIT

RetroFit is a free, fun, and motivating fitness class designed as the next step up from ChairFit. This entry-level class focuses on simple, low-impact movements that help improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall mobility. No prior fitness experience is needed, and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace throughout the class. RetroFit is also a great way to meet new people, socialize, and stay active in a positive, supportive environment.

YOGA - ALL LEVELS

Yoga classes are designed for all levels, including those new to yoga or looking for a gentle, low-impact experience. This class focuses on simple yoga poses, stretching, breathing techniques, and chair yoga options to help improve flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a supportive, comfortable environment. Yoga is also a great way to unwind, connect with others, and support overall well-being.
